Positive: Amazing stay! The location was honestly the best. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The apartment on the 24th floor was beautiful, super clean, and comfortable. Margarita was also amazing, always attentive, responded incredibly fast, and communication was excellent from beginning to end. We would definitely stay here again! Everything about our stay was incredible! ❤️ Thank you!

Awesome Positive: I stay at the Alea everytime I come to Miami. I just love the concept of the building instead of traditional hotels. The layouts of the 2 particular condos I stayed in were the best out of all my stays over the summer. I’m not sure which unit in particular I’m writing the review for because I stayed with the same host a week apart but they both are so lovely . Immediately walking in you still get a home away from home feel with an added beautiful view . Let me add the host Margarita is very pleasant. She’s detailed, and attentive to any and all questions concerns or needs. JP co host , I didn’t forget about you either . He’s very helpful and attentive as well. Ladies if you get the pleasure of meeting him in person you’ll think of a few more adjectives🤭. Must try the sushi spot downstairs and I recommend the octopus and crab ceviche🤌🏾. Amazing 🤩. If I had the option to choose my hosts and condo I’d pick them/these every time hands down Negative: Are you kidding me. The pictures did no justice .

NOT the one in the photos. Positive: La localización fue lo mejor ya que estaba cerca del bayside y básicamente centrico a todo. Negative: Las imágenes NO SON del alojamiento que se nos proporcionó. La persona de contacto nos dijo que el alojamiento (de las fotos) estaba infectado con hormigas y que trataron de comunicarse conmigo, pero no es cierto. Nunca recibí ninguna llamada. Ni un mensaje tan siquiera cuando si llego a mi número el contrato de check-in. Por los inconvenientes me dieron una gift card de $50 de amazon. Aparte de eso el alojamiento estaba un poco sucio, paredes manchadas, solo un pequeño rollo de papel de baño, estaban construyendo al lado del balcón y al entrar apestaba un poco. Al menos solo fue por una noche, pero sí esta mal haber pagado sobre $200 por una noche y que sin aviso se me diera un alojamiento en estas condiciones y que no fuera el de las imágenes.
